No-Refund Policy

All sales of FluxoPlugins products are final and non-refundable. CaptionFluxO is a digital product — upon purchase, your license key is generated and the plugin file is delivered to your email instantly. Because digital goods cannot be returned once delivered, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

What to Do Before Purchasing

We encourage you to review all information on our website carefully before buying, including:

• The feature list and screenshots on the main page.
• The system requirements — CaptionFluxO works with all versions of After Effects and Premiere Pro (CC 2014 and later) on Mac and Windows.
• The Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model — the plugin requires your own API keys from supported speech-to-text and AI providers to function. These are not included with your purchase.
• Caption accuracy. Captions are generated by third-party AI services and depend on audio quality, accents, background noise, and the performance of those services. Results are generally strong but not guaranteed to be perfect. Please factor this in before purchasing.
