Welcome to FluxoPlugins ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing, downloading, or using CaptionFluxO or any other plugins, software, or services provided by FluxoPlugins (collectively, the "Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use or purchase our Products.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the Product for personal or commercial purposes. You may install and activate the Product on up to the specified number of devices (e.g., 5 devices for CaptionFluxO) owned or controlled by you.
You may not: (a) redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sub-license the Product; (b) modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the Product; (c) share your license key publicly or with unauthorized third parties.
All intellectual property rights, titles, and interests in the Products, including but not limited to code, design, branding, and assets, are exclusively owned by FluxoPlugins. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the Product to you.
Our Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
FluxoPlugins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Products.
We do not guarantee that the Products will be compatible with all future versions of third-party software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) or operating systems, though we strive to provide reasonable updates.
These terms apply to CaptionFluxO and all future products released under the FluxoPlugins brand. We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or availability of any Product at any time without prior notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
