These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of CaptionFluxO and any other software products offered by FluxoPlugins ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or installing any FluxoPlugins product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual (lifetime) license to install and use the purchased product for personal or commercial video production purposes. You may activate the product on up to 5 devices owned or controlled by you.

CaptionFluxO is a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) product. It does not include speech-to-text or AI translation credits. To use the plugin you must obtain API keys from the supported third-party providers — ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Google Gemini, Groq, and/or OpenRouter — and agree to their respective terms of service and billing.
Your audio and video data is sent directly from your machine to those providers. FluxoPlugins has no access to your media files or your API keys. Any costs incurred from API usage are your sole responsibility.
FluxoPlugins and CaptionFluxO are independent products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Adobe Inc. "After Effects" and "Premiere Pro" are trademarks of Adobe Inc. Compatibility with Adobe software is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with future Adobe updates.
All code, design, branding, and assets in FluxoPlugins products are exclusively owned by FluxoPlugins. Purchasing a license does not transfer any ownership of the product to you.
All sales are final. CaptionFluxO is a digital product delivered instantly. Once a license key has been issued, no refund will be provided. If you experience a technical problem, contact our support team and we will work to resolve it.
CaptionFluxO uses third-party speech-to-text and AI translation services to generate captions. Caption accuracy is determined entirely by those external services and is further influenced by factors outside our control — including audio quality, background noise, speaker accents, domain-specific vocabulary, and the language being transcribed. Captions may sometimes be inaccurate, mistimed, or incomplete. FluxoPlugins does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any generated captions. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting captions before publishing. Inaccuracy in AI-generated captions is not grounds for a refund.
The product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the product will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FluxoPlugins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
We may release updates to our products from time to time. Updates to products you have purchased are included at no additional charge for the lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to change features, pricing, or availability of any product for new purchases at any time, but existing license holders will retain access to the version they purchased and all subsequent updates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
